How to Transfer your Awesome Golf Simulator License

If you already have a license for Awesome Golf Simulator, your license is linked to your Launch Monitor. If you change Launch Monitor you may need to transfer this license to continue using your license on the new Launch Monitor - this can be done through Awesome Golf Insights.

1. To use our self-service license transfer tool, go to insights.awesome-golf.com/settings/launch-monitors.

   Alternatively, Once you have signed in to Awesome Golf Insights with your Awesome Golf Simulator account email address and password, select Your Name in the top-right corner, then select Launch Monitors.

2. The Launch Monitors page will list the devices associated with your account, including the device's manufacturer, serial number, associated subscription, and the date it was last used with Awesome Golf.

   To associate a new device to your account for your license to be transferred, connect your Launch Monitor to Awesome Golf Simulator for the first time. Return to the Launch Monitors page, refresh, and the new device will be listed.

   

3. To transfer a license, select the Transfer License button next to the Launch Monitor you want to transfer the subscription from.

   The following pop-up will list the Launch Monitors that this license can transferred to, from the devices linked to your account.

   Select the destination device for your subscription to be transferred to, in the Select a device dropdown, then select the green Transfer License button. Your license will be transferred immediately.

   

Self-Service License Transfer Tool Notes

• A daily limit of two self-service transfers per day applies to our license transfer tool - if you need to do more or you made a mistake, please contact our support team.
• Pre-paid subscriptions, like the Rapsodo 6-month extended trial access included with new MLM2PRO purchases, cannot be transferred to different Launch Monitors. Our standard Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime licenses can be transferred as normal.
